Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Hub Coordinator at Marks & Clerk LLP. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our intellectual property services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Assist with case management, including recording events, sending reminders, and ensuring case record information is up-to-date.
  • Database Management: Update database systems with new due dates, events, and changes in case status.
  • Communication: Liaise with attorneys, clients, and external parties to resolve queries and provide assistance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process office actions, publications, and grant certificates, manage renewal notices, and create reminder letters.
  • Financial Management: Attend to payment of required fees and generate basic client invoices.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Previous administrative and/or legal secretarial experience.
  • IT Skills: Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Communication Skills: Good level of both verbal and written English.
  • Intellectual Property Knowledge: IP experience, including knowledge of third-party data management tools (desirable).
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
