Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and explore innovative ways to increase overall lettings business
- Attend and instruct lettings valuations, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
- Oversight of onboarding new stock, ensuring timely and efficient processing
- Anticipate business needs and adapt strategies accordingly, driving team performance and growth
- Train and develop a team of lettings professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Support and guide the team to achieve personal and branch key goals, recognizing individual and team achievements
- Conduct regular 1:1s, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive performance
- Cultivate and nurture long-lasting relationships with landlords and key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Engage in strategic conversations with the wider management team, driving business forward and identifying opportunities for growth
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, with a proven track record of driving business growth and managing risk
- ARLA qualified or equivalent, with excellent knowledge of the lettings process and legislation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead by example
- Negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Man management experience, with the ability to train and develop a team of lettings professionals
