Position Overview

Are you an experienced Lead Infrastructure Specialist seeking a new opportunity? Peaple Talent is currently in search of a Lead Infrastructure Specialist to join a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary focus will be to manage the essential infrastructure systems that support the services delivered to the organization and its partners.

Working in a hybrid model, you will be responsible for:

  • Gathering and analyzing load and performance metrics.
  • Developing and updating technical documentation, including detailed design specifications and diagrams.
  • Facilitating the integration of new technologies into the existing infrastructure framework.
  • Acting as a technical liaison for IT escalations and critical incidents.
  • Establishing strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate for this Lead Infrastructure Specialist position will possess substantial experience in managing intricate IT infrastructure initiatives and should ideally have exposure to both on-premises and cloud environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Server 2016, virtualization technologies such as VMWare, and enterprise-level shared storage solutions is essential.

Additionally, effective stakeholder management and clear professional communication skills are crucial.

Compensation Package:

Salary Range: £40,000-£50,000 per annum, based on experience.
