Rail Infrastructure Estimator

Octavius Infrastructure is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our Rail framework team in Wales & Western. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home and our offices in Swindon, Bristol, and Reigate.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce and deliver accurate cost estimates, tender summaries, and costed risk registers.
- Analyse method-related costs and temporary works in collaboration with Project Managers and other teams.
- Support on other frameworks, projects, and tenders.
As a Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in our Rail framework, working on diverse projects for clients like Network Rail and local authorities. You will lead by example, setting high standards and coaching others towards excellence.
Requirements:- Proven experience in estimating for a wide variety of infrastructure projects, with a focus on rail.
- Detailed knowledge of risk management procedures and their impact on cost estimates.
- Competence in using estimating software and strong IT skills.
