Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support a Private Executive within a prominent property development firm. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meeting rooms, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Client Interaction: Welcome and assist clients and visitors, providing a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Event Organization: Facilitate and promote various extracurricular activities, enhancing team engagement and morale.
  • Project Management: Undertake ad-hoc projects as directed by the Executive, including managing tenders and analyzing data for presentations to senior management.
  • Financial Administration: Handle expense reports, manage invoices, and process payments utilizing the IFS systems.
  • Reception Duties: Provide coverage for the reception desk on a rotational basis, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate intermediate skills in IT, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
