About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Kent Social Care Professionals Limited. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care support services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of care worker rotas, ensuring that the needs of individual clients are met.
- Conduct regular reviews of individual services, including risk assessments and needs assessments.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs.
- Shadow new care workers to ensure their competence and provide on-site observation and evaluation of care worker practice.
Requirements
- Experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments for individual service users.
- Ability to work in partnership with service users, their families, carers, advocates, and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic packages of care support.
