About the Role
The Field Care Supervisor will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care support services in the community. This will involve assessing and reviewing individual services, supervising and instructing care workers, and working with Care Coordinators to plan effective care worker rotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular reviews of individual services, including risk assessments and needs assessments.
- Supervise and instruct care workers in the field, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Work with Care Coordinators to plan realistic and effective care worker rotas, taking into account the needs of individual service users and the skills and attributes of care workers.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs and shadow new care workers to ensure their competence.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments, working in partnership with service users, their families, carers, advocates, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of holistic packages of individual care support.
