Microsoft Power BI HR Data Analyst

Source & Connect is seeking a talented Microsoft Power BI HR Data Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's business intelligence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and maintain cutting-edge Power BI solutions to support HR functions.
  2. Develop robust data models in SQL and Power BI for HR and related functions.
  3. Visualise key HR metrics to empower users with actionable insights.
  4. Contribute to the design and maintenance of secure data warehouses and datasets.
  5. Address challenges related to data integrity and quality.
  6. Document business requirements and deliver system training to key users.
  7. Provide 1st to 4th line support for system changes and projects.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in business analytics or related field.
  2. Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, data warehousing, and ETL solutions.
  3. Understanding of GDPR and data management best practices.
  4. Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic approach to business needs, with a flair for HR.
