We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Source & Connect, specializing in Microsoft Power BI, HR and Data. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organization's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain cutting-edge Power BI solutions, primarily supporting HR, while collaborating with departments like Finance and Operations.
  • Develop robust data models in SQL and Power BI for HR and related functions.
  • Visualize key HR metrics, empowering users with actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of secure data warehouses and datasets.
  • Address challenges related to data integrity and quality.
  • Document business requirements and deliver system training to key users.
  • Provide 1st to 4th line support for system changes and projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on projects.
Requirements
  • Degree in business analytics or related field.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, data warehousing, and ETL solutions.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data management best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic approach to business needs, with a flair for HR.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with HR systems or reporting environments.
  • Familiarity with iTrent, SharePoint Online, and Office 365 is a plus.
