About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Pearson Assessment Services. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and assurance of data through multiple pipelines, while also working towards better methods of exploiting this data in terms of analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data pipelines to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Develop and maintain advanced data reporting platforms
  • Collaborate with business SMEs, product owners, architects, and developers to ensure effective communication and analysis
  • Attend senior stakeholder meetings to explain project progress, design ideas, and decisions
  • Contribute to design decisions and deliver projects with a proven track record
Requirements
  • Experience working with large data-focused projects in cloud environments
  • Technical knowledge of AWS Aurora, DMS, Glue, Lambda, Quicksight, S3, and other relevant tools
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
  • Ability to put complex technical concepts into non-technical terms
  • Proven track record in delivering projects and advanced data validation experience
