About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management & Analytics Analyst to join our team at Pearson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and assurance of data through multiple pipelines, as well as working towards better methods of exploiting this data in terms of analytics and reporting.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and developers to design and implement data-driven solutions. You will need to have excellent communication and analysis skills to effectively communicate project progress, design ideas, and decisions to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement data pipelines to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  2. Develop and maintain data transformation strategies to improve data quality and consistency
  3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  4. Work with developers to design and implement data visualizations and reporting tools
  5. Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in data management and analytics
  2. Strong technical skills in data pipelines, data transformation, and data visualization
  3. Excellent communication and analysis skills
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  5. Experience with cloud-based technologies and agile methodologies
