About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Analyst to join our team at Kaplan Financial. As a key member of our Insights team, you will work closely with our UX team and Marketing Channel Owners to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Specialize in Digital Analytics to understand customer behavior and preferences.
  • Analyze and interpret web data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Digital Analytics.
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in a Digital Analytics role.
  • Experience with Analytics platforms (preferably Google Analytics).
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to deal with key stakeholders within the business.
  • Previous experience with eCommerce websites.
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
