At Manchester Digital, we're seeking a skilled Trading Insights Manager to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our Trade Planning team, you'll play a vital role in building a deep understanding of our in-year trading and in-market performance, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
  2. Collaborate with our Trade Planning team to ensure trade plans and promotions align with customer and market opportunities.
  3. Design and implement data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Lead and support the development of our Trade Insight Analyst colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Insight, Market Research, or Market Intelligence role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and challenge inclusively.
