Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Video Content Production: Manage and mentor the video content team, ensuring all video projects are executed at the highest standard on time and to a high standard.
  • Conceptualise and Plan: Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm, plan, and storyboard video content that aligns with our brand's voice and goals.
  • Shooting and Editing: Lead all aspects of video production, including shooting on-location and in-studio. Ensure high-quality footage is captured, with an emphasis on lighting, composition, and color accuracy.
  • Technical Expertise: Set up and break down complex video shoots, including lighting and camera equipment. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure all equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
  • Post-Production Oversight: Oversee the post-production process, working closely with internal and external teams to ensure final video content meets creative guidelines and technical specifications.
  • Project Management: Work with the production and studio team to plan and manage production schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay informed about the latest trends in video marketing and social media, bringing fresh ideas to the team and continuously elevating our content output.

Requirements

  • Ability to adapt and execute different shooting methods and shoot types.
  • Strong communication skills and organization skills with a hands-on, can-do approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and value differing perspectives.
  • Team player – build relationships with other internal and external teams.
