Overview:
Our client, a well-established family-owned construction firm, is seeking a skilled Site Operations Manager to lead a significant construction initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Project Leadership:** Oversee and direct construction projects, ensuring compliance with established plans and specifications.
2. **Team Coordination:** Manage and supervise site operations, including subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce.
3. **Progress Monitoring:** Track project advancement and generate regular updates for upper management.
4. **Issue Resolution:** Address any challenges or delays that may occur during the construction phase.
5. **Quality Assurance:** Conduct frequent site evaluations to uphold quality benchmarks.
6. **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other relevant parties to facilitate seamless project delivery.
7. **Policy Implementation:** Enforce company policies and procedures on-site.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Operations Manager, particularly in managing projects related to student housing and multi-family units.
- Essential hands-on experience working with subcontractors.
- A valid driving license is required.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS) are advantageous.
