Key Responsibilities:- Safety Management: Ensure site standards are maintained, assist with risk assessment, site instructions, and inspections.
- Production Management: Work to programme and mitigate lost time where possible.
- Quality Management: Ensure standards of workmanship are maintained, complete quality records, and maintain process capability.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve site-related issues.
- RAMS Preparation and Review: Prepare and review RAMS for site activities.
- Construction Planning and Reporting: Maintain and update construction plans and associated documentation.
- Cost Control: Manage manpower, materials, plant, and vehicle costs.
- Liaison with Health and Safety Manager: Collaborate to improve standards through joint site inspections and reviews of site monitoring results.
- Liaison with Client's Site Operatives: Work together to ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are achieved.
- Liaison with Planning Manager: Construction planning and reporting on progress.
- Qualifications: SMSTS or equivalent, First Aid, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness.
