Job Description

Job Title: Compliance Team Leader - Regulatory Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Team Leader to join our team at DFS Furniture Ltd. As a key member of our Regulatory Compliance function, you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of our compliance monitoring framework and driving compliant behavior across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regulatory Compliance function in ensuring the effectiveness of the compliance monitoring framework and drive compliant behavior
  • Creation of compliance management information for use with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring the Compliance assurance monitoring schedule is fulfilled
  • Line Management responsibility for Compliance Assurance team
  • Responsible for supporting the Group with regulatory changes
  • Provide assurance to the Group that the Group is meeting its regulatory requirements
  • Deliver enhancements to current compliance procedures
  • Support the fulfilment of Subject access requests across the Group
  • Ensure that the Group delivers good customer outcomes to its customers
  • Compliance assurance call monitoring
