Pure Leisure Group is an established family business which has for many years now been a market leader in leisure and holidays in the U.K. The Company owns and operates holiday parks throughout the North West, Wales, Yorkshire and East Anglia.

We are looking for an experienced Cook to work in our kitchen at Cockerham Sands Holiday Park. We are looking for someone who loves to cook, is proud of what you produce and passionate about delivering consistently high standards of food and able to help us maintain our 5* rating.

The role includes working weekends and bank holidays.

Your duties will include:

- Preparing food
- Maintaining excellent standards
- Assisting with menu changes
- Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene
- Cleaning down the kitchen at the end of service
- KP duties
- Have a passion for food, hospitality and be a team player
- Have or willing to work towards Food Safety & Food Hygiene Certificate
