About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to join our team at SSE Enterprise. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management, preferably in the energy or renewable energy sector.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
