Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at YSI Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering our customers, ensuring that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, including contact details and key account information.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, including service reports and documentation.
  • Analyze customer service history and engineer reports to identify additional work opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management software.
