**Job Summary**

Lineage Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Peterborough facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising the warehouse and stock team, ensuring the efficient and effective management of inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise and train direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Manage operational procedures, including incoming and outgoing shipments, stock organization, and warehouse inventory management
  • Plan daily schedules and resource allocation for completion of job assignments, while maintaining time and motion records
  • Conduct morning team briefs to communicate work allocation, diary schedules, health and safety information, and daily topics
  • Perform daily checks of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to identify discrepancies and missing stock
  • Ensure housekeeping and checklists are updated daily
  • Maintain effective communication between the office and warehouse teams
  • Investigate accidents and incidents in accordance with company procedures
  • Assist with resolving employee concerns and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization
  • Conduct regular staff appraisals
  • Align with the present Team Leader in all warehouse and office functions

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a similar warehouse management or supervisory role
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
