Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising the warehouse and stock team, ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Manage operational procedures, including incoming and outgoing shipments, stock organization, and warehouse inventory management
  • Plan daily schedules and resource allocation for completion of job assignments, while maintaining time and motion records
  • Conduct morning team briefs to communicate work allocation, diary schedules, health and safety information, and daily topics
  • Perform daily checks of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to identify discrepancies and missing stock
  • Ensure housekeeping and checklists are updated daily
  • Facilitate effective communication between office and warehouse staff
  • Investigate accidents according to company procedures
  • Assist with resolving employee concerns and maintain open communication with all levels of the organization
  • Conduct staff appraisals twice yearly
  • Align with the present Team Leader in all warehouse and office functions
  • Be involved in daily warehouse processes

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar warehouse management or supervisory role
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members in English
