Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective solutions to address business challenges.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with client engagement teams to understand technical capabilities, staffing, and solution requirements.
  • Implement and improve standard delivery methodologies, leveraging agile, waterfall, and iterative approaches.
  • Ensure delivery excellence and compliance, managing quality and timeliness of status reporting and project deliverables.
  • Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of our productized marketing platforms and solutions.
  • Resolve cross-product, vendor dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Develop and influence a culture of continuous improvement in delivery methodologies.
  • Support Pre-Sales efforts and participate in RFPs, providing solution estimates.
  • Establish clear communication with executive leadership.
Requirements
  • BS in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing concepts and associated applications.
  • 15+ years of industry experience, with 7 years of delivery leadership of complex projects.
  • Product software implementation experience from requirements through design, development, user acceptance, and post-deployment.
  • Experience in Agile Program management.
  • 3+ years of digital experience working with web, mobile/social channels.
  • Proven experience in leading large system integration efforts through completion.
  • Strong client interfacing background.
  • Ability to estimate.NET or Java development work and validate outputs from the development team.
  • Experience in managing global delivery teams.
  • Strong project management, technical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and project manage in a fast-paced demanding environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
