Your responsibilities will include:

  • Upholding high standards of quality in the nursery environment, resources, and experiences provided to children.
  • Ensuring that every child receives engaging and enriching experiences tailored to their developmental stage.
  • Managing all administrative tasks related to the nursery, including maintaining children's records, ordering supplies, and managing personnel files.
  • Coordinating inspections by regulatory authorities and implementing their recommendations.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations regarding staff qualifications, including first aid training.
  • Setting and achieving occupancy targets.
  • Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional childcare practices.
  • Fostering positive and professional relationships with parents and caregivers.
