Are you a Certified Childcare Room Supervisor? We have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking a dedicated childcare professional for a FULL-TIME, permanent role within our esteemed nursery. Our establishment is recognized for its GOOD OFSTED rating, reflecting our commitment to high-quality childcare.

As a Room Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding your team, demonstrating your expertise and best practices in early years education. This position also offers the chance to pursue a Management Qualification through our in-house training academy, allowing you to enhance your leadership capabilities and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities of a Childcare Room Supervisor at Busy Bees:

As a keyworker, you will ensure that the unique needs of each child are met, including supporting families with any special educational needs or additional support needs. Take charge of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), providing developmentally appropriate next steps while supporting your team. Foster an environment that encourages and celebrates children's development and achievements, while effectively managing and guiding your team within the room. Most importantly, ensure that the environment is filled with FUN

Qualifications Required

To be considered for this qualified role, candidates must possess a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have prior experience as a Nursery Room Supervisor, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
