Position Overview

Are you a Qualified Childcare Room Supervisor? We are seeking to welcome a dedicated childcare professional for a FULL-TIME, permanent role within our nursery. Our establishment holds an OFSTED rating of GOOD.

As a Room Supervisor, you will mentor and support your team by exemplifying your expertise and best practices. This position offers the opportunity to enroll in a Management Qualification through our in-house training academy, allowing you to enhance your leadership abilities and potentially advance your career.

Key Responsibilities as a Childcare Room Supervisor:

As a keyworker, you will ensure that the unique needs of each child are met, including providing support to parents with any SEND/ASL requirements. Take responsibility for the observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in accordance with EYFS, offering developmentally appropriate next steps while supporting your team. Foster an environment that encourages and celebrates children's growth and achievements while guiding and managing your team effectively. And most importantly, ensure a fun atmosphere

Qualifications Required

To be considered for this qualified role, you must possess a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have prior experience as a Childcare Room Supervisor, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
