We are seeking a skilled and motivated Community Midwife to join our team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Community Midwife, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to women and families in our local community.
Main Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical midwifery advice to women in your care, working within an established team of midwives to deliver a high-quality, effective midwifery service.
- Offer continuity of care for low-risk, uncomplicated pregnancies, in partnership with women, planning and implementing individualized midwifery-led care packages.
- Registered Midwife with a first degree in Midwifery or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of continuing professional development and mentorship qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate effective team working and liaise with other departments and agencies as required.
