Job Title: Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Owen Daniels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our Tier 1 and Tier 2 Aerospace OEM customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts and OEMs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Work closely with the senior team to expedite solutions and maximize commercial opportunities
  • Coordinate with the Planning function to effectively communicate supply issues to customers and ensure contract performance measures are met
  • Manage customer enquiries, quoting, and closing in line with company policy
  • Represent the company at customer review meetings and coordinate resultant actions across the organization
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years prior account management experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Advanced computer skills with experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
