Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturer of precision parts for the aerospace industry, is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Aerospace OEMs
  • Act as the internal "Voice of the Customer" for all customer and commercial related issues
  • Manage key accounts and contracts, ensuring contractual compliance and business development
  • Work closely with the senior team to expedite solutions and maximize commercial opportunities
  • Communicate supply issues to customers and ensure conformity to contract performance measures
  • Report regular updates to the executive team
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years prior account management experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers at an executive level
  • Advanced computer skills with experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
