ESPALife at Corinthia Dubai is seeking a driven and experienced Spa & Wellness Manager to lead our exceptional team and elevate our guests' wellness journey.

As the heart of our luxurious spa, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and fostering a culture of excellence within our dedicated team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Operations Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations, encompassing facility maintenance, guest relations, staff management, financial reporting, inventory control, and adherence to established procedures.
  • Unwavering Standards: Maintain impeccable service and facility standards throughout the spa, ensuring a consistently luxurious and rejuvenating environment for our guests.
  • Team Development & Training: Identify training needs, implement personalized development plans (PDP's), and cultivate a highly motivated and skilled spa team. Lead induction programs for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor spa performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Marketing & Brand Presence: Collaborate with marketing initiatives, public relations activities, and events to enhance the spa's visibility and attract new clientele.
  • Wellness Expertise: Liaise with external practitioners and the ESPALife wellness team to guarantee a seamless and enriching experience for our guests seeking holistic well-being solutions.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a management role within a luxury five-star spa environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial performance and implement strategies for growth.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing plans to promote spa services and attract clientele.
  • In-depth understanding of the operational requirements of a high-end spa & wellness facility.
