We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager/Loan Book Manager to join our team at Lowry Capital. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a growing and diverse loan book/portfolio, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document procedures and policies to effectively monitor and communicate overdue payments from borrowers.
- Monitor timely payments of loan interest and manage loan book management software system.
- Liaise with solicitors and professionals to effectively manage the loan recovery process.
- Manage loans which are over term and work with estate agents as required.
- Ensure files are kept up to date with latest correspondence.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders and excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly build professional working relationships and experience using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Confident and proactive approach with a team player mindset.
