About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team in Property Finance & Loan Book Management. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth recovery of loans and proactive portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage loan books and property portfolios, utilizing loan management software to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including solicitors, property agents, and financial advisers, to drive loan recovery and portfolio growth.
  • Analyze financial reports to ensure optimal portfolio performance and drive financial success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance loan recovery and portfolio management.
