As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and proactive Portfolio Manager/Loan Book Manager with experience in the property sector to manage a growing and diverse loan book/portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the entire loan book and property portfolio, ensuring timely payments of loan interest and managing overdue loans.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, and other professionals to manage properties and the loan recovery process.
- Assist the director with operational tasks such as producing statements, redemption statements, and other financial reports.
- Develop and document procedures to ensure efficient loan management and customer service.
Requirements: Experience in loan book management, property finance, and customer service. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
