Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team at Lowry Capital. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse loan book and property portfolio, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loan Book Management: Manage a growing and diverse loan book, including monitoring timely payments of loan interest, developing and documenting procedures and policies to effectively monitor and communicate any overdue payments from borrowers.
- Property Management: Manage property and property development experience, liaising with Solicitors and professionals effectively managing the loan recovery process.
- Portfolio Management: Work with Estate agents when required, ensuring files are kept up to date with latest correspondence.
- Administrative Tasks: Support the director with the operational side of the business by producing statements, redemption statements, and other financial reports.
Requirements:
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build professional working relationships.
- Technical Skills: Experience using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Confidence and Proactivity: Confident and proactive approach, with the ability to deal with a range of stakeholders.
