Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Compliance Monitoring Officer to join our team at The AA. As a key member of our Compliance Monitoring Programme, you will be responsible for scoping and executing assigned compliance reviews, ensuring regulatory risks are met and our internal policies and procedures align with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scope and execute assigned compliance reviews on time, in line with The AA's Compliance Monitoring Programme.
  • Provide assurance on regulatory risk, including Conduct Risk, Customer Outcomes, and Consumer Duty.
  • Assist in preparing reports capturing relevant Management Information for distribution to governance forums.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Risk-based Compliance Monitoring plan.
  • Support in leading ad-hoc investigative activities and Regulator thematic interactions as required.
Requirements
  • Strong Compliance experience within the Financial Services industry.
  • Key knowledge of FCA principles and requirements as well as other regulatory requirements.
  • Creative and solution-thinker utilising strong business and commercial awareness.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to prioritise multiple tasks.
