We are currently seeking skilled Plumbing and Heating Technicians to assist in the installation of our innovative Air Source Heat Pumps. We welcome enthusiastic individuals with experience in heating system installations, and we offer comprehensive training for those looking to transition into the renewable sector. This position is field-based and will involve working in various locations across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a partner to install eco-friendly technology in residential properties, starting with Air Source Heat Pumps.
  • Gain knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and receive exceptional training to support the installation engineer from the outset.
  • Utilize your expertise in domestic heating and plumbing systems to prepare and install unvented cylinders, piping, and radiators.
  • Ensure that all work is conducted with cleanliness and respect for the customer's home.
  • Plan and communicate effectively with your team and clients.
  • Facilitate the seamless execution of Heat Pump installations.
  • Employ problem-solving skills to anticipate challenges and devise efficient solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a plumber, particularly in the 'wet' aspects of domestic heating systems, including unvented systems.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Required Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent experience.
  • A valid, clean driving license.
  • Familiarity with WRAS Water Supply Regulations or UHW10/HWSS Unvented DHW Storage Systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Competitive base salary ranging from £26,000 to £30,000 annually.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard working hours: 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday (8 am - 5 pm).
