Working Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
You will be tasked with delivering high-quality, efficient gas and plumbing services, including but not limited to:
  • Repairing, servicing, and installing gas boilers and appliances, including domestic boilers, fires, cookers, space heaters, and warm air units.
  • Managing G3 unvented systems.
  • Maintaining solar energy systems.
  • Overseeing communal heating systems.
  • Conducting maintenance and repairs on air and ground source heat pumps.
  • Executing first and second fix plumbing tasks for kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Performing repairs and installations for toilets, basins, baths, and soil stacks.
  • Repairing and replacing kitchen sinks.
  • Managing washing machine valves and related pipework.
  • Handling gas relays and radiator systems.
  • Addressing drainage issues.

Reporting Structure:
You will report directly to a Manager within the Repairs & Maintenance division, ensuring all tasks comply with applicable regulations, standards, and best practices.

Requirements:
A valid and clean driving license is mandatory for this position.
