About the Role

We're recruiting Heating and Plumbing Technicians to join our team and install our Air Source Heat Pumps across England. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Working collaboratively with our installation engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Reviewing and contributing to technical specifications and mechanical drawings.
  • Collaborating with electricians to commission Air Source Heat Pumps.
  • Continuously learning about new technologies at our innovative R&D training centre.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking passionate individuals with experience in the installation of heating systems. If you're looking to transition to renewables, we provide full training to support your growth.

  • Experience in boiler installation, with a plus if you have knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps.
  • Experience as a plumbing and heating engineer with knowledge of heating system design and fault-finding capabilities.
  • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive package, including:

  • £38,000 basic salary (£45,000 on-target earnings) with overtime available (+ London weighting if living within M25).
  • £2,500 annual performance bonus.
  • £25 per week lunch allowance.

We also offer a comprehensive training programme at our groundbreaking R&D centre, use of company tools, uniform, and all PPE, and a company vehicle and fuel.
