Key Duties:

Supplier Statement Reconciliation: Ensure that all supplier statements are meticulously reconciled, addressing any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Invoicing for Sales and Purchases: Oversee the invoicing process for both sales and procurement, guaranteeing that billing is both timely and precise.

Accounts Receivable Management: Proactively follow up on overdue invoices, maintain consistent communication with clients, and ensure prompt payment collection.

New Client Account Setup: Facilitate the establishment and management of new client accounts, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are secured.

Bank Transactions and Reconciliation: Manage bank transactions, conduct regular reconciliations, and effectively resolve any discrepancies.

Quote Processing: Efficiently process and manage quotes, ensuring that customer specifications are met and followed up appropriately.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and current records by inputting data efficiently and correctly.

Administrative Support: Assist the team with various administrative functions to ensure seamless operations.
