- Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health policies and procedures
- MB BS or equivalent medical qualification
- Qualification or higher degree in medical education, clinical research, or management
- Excellent knowledge and clinical skills in General Adult Psychiatry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
