Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Site Operations Manager to join our team at Matchtech. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-site activities to ensure efficient project delivery and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee the quality of work and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
  • Manage site resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and daily logs, to facilitate effective project management.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and ensure effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Experience in civil engineering, particularly within the water sector, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Detailed knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
  • Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or a related discipline, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
