We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager - Night Shift to join our team at Fortress Maintenance. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing a site of 150 plots near Nottingham, with future developments varying in size.
About the Role:
- Manage a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, including health and safety, quality control, and logistics.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement site plans and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a site management role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- SMSTS and First Aid certificates, with any further qualifications being advantageous.
