This position will manage all facets of health and safety, which includes performing safety assessments, collaborating with contractors, and ensuring that documentation is meticulously maintained.


Key Responsibilities of the Site Operations Supervisor role: Ensure that all facility operations adhere to the highest safety and hygiene standards, safeguarding the welfare of all personnel.

Supervise the upkeep of equipment and supplies, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Plan and coordinate installations and renovations, ensuring smooth execution with minimal disruption.
Lead and manage the operations team while fostering relationships with external contractors and suppliers, including contractor oversight.
Address all facility-related insurance requirements, ensuring thorough coverage and adherence to regulations.
Requirements of the ideal

Site Operations Supervisor:
Previous experience in a comparable position; a certification in Facility Management or equivalent is advantageous.
Familiarity with HVAC and other building systems.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
Experience in planning and managing facility budgets proficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
