About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our Building and Fabrics team at Harmony Fire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites, managing site personnel, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Set up and sign off sites, manage stock, receive deliveries, conduct site precondition surveys, and ensure welfare and delivery of prelims.
  • People Management: Resolve everyday issues, boost team morale, resolve conflicts, and identify resource requirements. Maximize productivity and utilization of colleagues on site.
  • Quality Control: Ensure works are certifiable and compliant, delivered as per client and Harmony expectations. Spot check and record works.
  • Quality and Compliance Management: All work completed to Harmony and BMTRADA standards. Timely checking of work on site. Correct data input into Simpro.
  • Communication: Provide weekly reports to clients, attend calls as needed, ensure onsite resident liaison, and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
  • Health and Safety: Implement Harmony's H&S policy on all sites. Ensure all work on sites is conducted in a safe manner through regular training and auditing.
