Hutcheon Mearns is pleased to announce an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist within a logistics and distribution organization. This position is full-time and temporary, with the potential for extension or transition to a permanent role.

Role Overview

  • Perform daily accounts receivable administrative functions
  • Address and manage sales ledger inquiries
  • Assist in the resolution of both internal and external queries
  • Support processes related to self-billing accounts
  • Document and allocate customer payments
  • Oversee the export invoice register
  • Conduct credit limit assessments
  • Provide additional support as needed

Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, proactive initiative, and outstanding communication abilities. Previous experience in a comparable position is advantageous.

This role is suited for candidates who can be available on short notice.

Work Environment and Benefits

  • Standard working hours of 37.5 per week
  • Opportunity for a 9-and-a-half day fortnight
