Brightwork Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced Finance Department, supporting all aspects of the Accounts Receivable focused departmental tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a background in accounts receivable and be confident working with MS Office packages. They will also be able to pick up new systems with ease and work well under pressure.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting with all aspects of the Accounts Receivable focused departmental tasks
  • Acting as a point of contact for the Accounts team and handling general enquiries
  • Chasing clients for outstanding debts and discussing balances due
  • Managing cash reconciliations
  • Updating various systems and spreadsheets while maintaining accurate records
  • General administration duties as required

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail. They will also be able to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
