Your Role:

As a key member of Oxa's Marketing team within our Product Engineering division, the Lead Product Marketing Strategist will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in articulating Oxa's vision, strategy, technology, products, services, and solutions into distinct positioning, messaging, and value propositions. This newly created position within our agile and impactful marketing team will directly contribute to our growth by linking leading businesses with the advantages of autonomy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the product marketing strategy for all Oxa products and solutions.
  • Design and implement a compelling roadmap of product marketing initiatives, including the launch of new products aligned with our commercialization strategy.
  • Collect customer insights and engage in data-driven competitive analysis to create clear and persuasive product messaging and positioning.
  • Lead the creation of product marketing and sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with fellow marketing team members to inform and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Engage with stakeholders such as product management, solution delivery, and engineering leads to gain a comprehensive understanding of product features and capabilities.
  • Coordinate with relevant suppliers and agencies.
  • Promote effective product marketing practices.
  • Act as an advocate for Oxa's products and solutions, demonstrating how they fulfill customer needs.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to others regarding product positioning and customer value propositions.

Requirements:

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A demonstrated history of B2B product marketing in a dynamic environment; you understand excellence and can develop playbooks to achieve it.
  • Experience in launching new products into the market.
  • A knack for simplifying complex and advanced technological concepts into clear and concise product positioning.
  • A strong focus on customer and product-centricity.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

Extra Kudos If You Have:

  • Experience in autonomy, robotics, automotive technology, AI, or related fields.
  • Experience in scale-up or high-growth startup environments.
  • Experience working with global products in emerging markets.
