Key Responsibilities
Proficiency in both spoken and written Welsh is a crucial requirement for this role.
Manage patient inquiries both in person and via telephone with professionalism, efficiency, courtesy, and discretion, while recognizing the diverse needs of individuals.
Ensure that the registration information for all new and temporary patients is accurately recorded and communicated, ensuring that patients are informed about operational hours and procedures by reviewing the practice information with them.
Collaborate flexibly with other team members to guarantee that the facility is sufficiently staffed at all times.
