The Medical Records Clerk will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of patient care by maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Main Responsibilities- Retrieve, file, and prepare medical records for storage and retrieval.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical records, including patient information and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and maintain efficient filing systems and protocols to ensure easy access to medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above.

- IT-related qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a medical records department.
- Welsh language skills.
