About the Role

Aberdeenshire Council is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our new Family Wellbeing Hubs in Peterhead and Fraserburgh. As the first point of contact for service users, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
